An instrument & a method
The VOCANTRA® is both an instrument — a cymatic sound sculpture, and a method.
An intimate group of participants are guided in breathwork, and somatic embodiment combined with sounding and parts-work; a method carefully developed based on Fabiola’s 650h VITA coaching certification and deep experience hosting workshops in classical tantric meditation over the past 10 years.
Then, their unseen parts are invited to be witnessed via voice, through the VOCANTRA. It is captured live and translated into two things at once: a vibration they feel moving through their body, and a pattern that blooms in real time on a copper plate — visible to them, and to everyone in the room.

Mirror, not medicine
Every other sound modality plays a frequency at you. Singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, binaural tracks — all of them impose a tone and ask your body to follow it.
The VOCANTRA does the opposite. It amplifies and reflects the frequency that is already yours. The instrument doesn't heal anyone. It just makes it very hard to keep doubting yourself, and translates the felt sense into something tangible that is witnessed in a loving container. Grounded in ancient Indian sound traditions — nāda, mantra, the voice as a seat of power — and built on contemporary trauma-informed somatic practice, this is a playful, real and creative journey for people of all walks of life. Laugh, cry or sing on the VOCANTRA - no experience is required.
One instrument, two sizes
The VOCANTRA exists in two bodies; Solo & Circle. Same instrument, same method, same experience for the person sitting at it. What changes is who else can see. The difference is scale, not depth. A woman at the Solo plate and a woman at the Circle plate are doing exactly the same thing. The Circle simply lets a room hold it with her.

For yoga studios, women's circles, wellness spaces | Duration: 2 hours | Group 6–10 (max 12)
An evening built in two halves. First, a Somatic Sound Soak — breath, movement, toning and chakra-based voice work that warms the whole group together.
Then the witnessing. One woman at a time is invited to take the seat at the instrument. She is gently guided to express freely; the room hears it through speakers and watches her patterns bloom on the plate. As the plate echos her, so does the group in toning, reflections and most of all loving presence. This is how integration happens.
The circle holds her. Everyone gets a turn. Everyone is witnessed if they want. We close with integration - both here and for at home, lastly stillness.
Currently offered to women-only — being witnessed as a woman is its own medicine. Mixed and men's circles available on request. -
